The hotel was located just next door to all the night life, and cheap eateries. My double room had modern conveniences, including a minibar, an iron, and coffee and tea making equipment. It looked out to terrace. The staff were welcoming and nice and know their duties.

it was a relaxing base for one night, had very very good time. the workers were amicable and excellent. it was in a marvellous and good location close to restaurants and bars. there were a huge variety of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The location was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants around offering delicious food. The staff was really kind and made my whole stay enjoyable. I loved having a mini bar, microwave oven, and coffee and tea making facilities in the room, it was very convenient.

Staff was really helpful and kind, always ready to assist. The location was great, with easy access to the North Bus Terminal and the neighboring area of Laureles.- The common spaces, including the balcony, were pleasant and enjoyable.
The noise level in the bedroom was unbearable, as people didn't consider those who were trying to sleep. It was also too close to the common area, which added to the noise.

Great location close to lots of bars and restaurants, which was really convenient. Also, the hotel is only 1 mile away from Nutibara Hill, so it's easy to get there for some nice views. 🍻

The value for money was excellent and our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The location in Laureles was great, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The staff at Key West were amazing, making us feel right at home and always helpful.
Breakfast choices could be improved, maybe offering more variety in the options available.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the affordable prices and the central location of the hostel. the beds were comfortable and the open concept of the common areas created a great atmosphere for socializing. the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook our meals. there were convenient amenities like a subway station, supermarket, pharmacies, banks, restaurants.
We felt very well taken care of, with no complaints.
